CALIRAYA RESORT CLUB TEAMBUILDING PROGRAM PACKAGES
Caliraya Resort Club Program 1
May take 2 hours, depending on the capability of the group and number of participants
Selection of four (4) Team Building Activities in Caliraya Resort Club
This program is ideal for a group with 20-40 participants. The group can choose from a list of a teambuilding activities depending on the objective or learning values they would like to highlight.
Caliraya Resort Club Program 2
May take 2-3 hours, depending on the capabilities of the group and number of participants.
Option 1: Caliraya Resort Club Adventure Race or Amazing Race
Ideal for groups with maximum 80 participants (4 teams).
Groups must go through series of task (Puzzle Predicament, Wall Climbing or Rapelling Event, Pool Problem, Canoeing Experience, Obstacle Course, and Mud slide) as indicated in the assigned task cards (color coded). This exercise will test each member’s skills individually and how they work as a team.
Option 2: Selection of maximum eight (8) Team Building Activities
This is ideal for a group with 60-80 participants. The group can choose from a list of teambuilding activities that they want to do. May it be physically challenge or mentally challenging.
Caliraya Resort Club Program 3
May take 2-3 hours am & pm segment, depending on the capability of the group and number of participants.
Option 1: Caliraya Resort Club Amazing Race plus selection of 4 games
Option 2: Selection of Ten (10) Team Building Activities
This program is ideal for a group with 80-100 participants who would prefer to have a whole day of activity. Usually, the program is divided into two (2) segments wherein half of the program will be done in the morning and the other half in the afternoon.
For option 2 with groups of 80 to 100 participants, activities will be done with teams competing againts each other and will be timed simultaneously while other teams do another series activity. Winners will be determined based on how fast they finished the series of games.
This is more physically challenging because of the number of activities.
